About Us

Our Company

U.S. PAVER approaches every project with clear communication and careful coordination from start to finish. We take the time to understand each property’s condition, priorities, and long-term needs before work begins.

We maintain detailed property records — including surface age, square footage, and service history — allowing us to provide informed recommendations and help clients plan ahead instead of reacting to problems.

Before work begins, we review scope and logistics using annotated aerial site plans. Walkthroughs are conducted both before and after service to ensure expectations are aligned. Once completed, properties are incorporated into our Route of Service (ROS) program for ongoing evaluations and condition reporting.

Our goal is simple: to build long-term relationships grounded in accountability and consistent performance.

Why Choose Us?

Simplified Process

Other property maintenance providers in the industry utilize an entire team of specialty contractors to accommodate the needs of their clients. While this does provide a versatile resource for business and property owners – they often end up paying premium fees to more than one entity, and the work may not be consistent or have the same level of quality across the property. This is never the case at U.S. PAVER.

We simplify and manage the entire process ourselves, which means that whenever you need work completed on your property, you only have to call the experts at U.S Paver and we’ll handle the rest.
